If you’re not familiar with Waialae Iki (originally known as Waialae Iki View Lots 1-IV, also known as Waialae Iki Ridge), it is a ten minute drive from Kahala Mall near Diamond Head.  The neighborhood is the hillside after Kalani High School going west on Kalanianaole Highway.  It is an upscale residential neighborhood often named on people’s househunting list (prices above 1.3 M) because of its convenient location to schools, shopping and the H1 freeway.  Almost a tie to location are the wonderful views of the ocean and sunset.
