Ronda Ching Day works at Brokerage The Agency Realty in Hawaii which has five offices on the island of Oahu. The support from Hawaii’s largest residential brokerage and the market knowledge shared amongst its approximately 700 real estate agents help Ronda to know what is currently happening in specific neighborhoods.
Ronda’s experiences in mortgage banking, strong negotiations and problem solving skills, as well as, market research, and confidentiality help clients achieve successful property transactions at top dollar. She specializes in advising clients on making small improvements or renovations for both residential and commercial properties to increase equity significantly. Her colleagues and clients know that she has increased the value of a client’s home significantly, most often the highest price $/sq.ft. in a complex or neighborhood if the owner has followed her renovation and or staging advice.

Ronda’s market knowledge, skills and hands on service have consistently placed her among the top real estate professionals. Clients and colleagues have sought her out to work on complicated transactions including short sales negotiations and loan workouts. She was awarded multiple times by the Honolulu Board of Realtors with the Aloha Aina People’s Choice Award. This award is given to a select few members each year for their exceptional level of service.
Ronda is active with the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and served on their Membership, Policy and Luxury Committees. She is also a Trustee to the Board of AREAA Global which markets international and luxury properties to U.S. real estate agents. She also serves on the Board of the Hawaii Chapter of AREAA and was a founding Director and Past President.
Ronda was born and raised in Hawaii and then lived in the San Francisco Bay Area in California when she attended and then graduated from the University of California at Berkeley. Ronda started her real estate career in Silicon Valley.
KYLE NAKAZAKI (RS-82303)

Kyle Nakazaki has 10 years of investment property experience with industrial, commercial and multi-family housing. He enjoys working with first time home buyers and investors who want to build wealth through real estate. He enjoys renovating properties, investment analysis and negotiations.
He has earned the National Association of Realtors certified designation the Military Relocation Professional. Having worked at the Riviera County Club in the Pacific Palisades, Kyles extensive network of high wealth individuals who are eager to find investment opportunities, Kyle values the art of customer service. He is fortunate to have worked with executives from multi-million dollar companies.
Kyle Nakazaki grew up in Manhattan Beach, California and graduated from the University of Southern California (USC), with a degree in Real Estate Development. He enjoys cooking, spending time with his wife and dog, as well as, going for a swim in the ocean. As an Eagle Scout, he lives by the 12 points of the Scout Law: trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent.
