You can find a reasonably priced meal that fits in your waist sack!

If you wonder why local (tourist-related employees) and tourists stand in line at the Musubi Cafe, it’s because they want to have a tasty snack, a musubi: a small wrapped rice ball (not really a ball but rather molded into different shapes such as a triangle or rectangle) filled or topped with some protein (tuna, salmon, chicken, spam, imitation crab or pickled goodies (a salted japanese plum called ume) wrapped in seaweed.

Here’s a short clip of where Musubi Cafe is.  It’s a block or so away from the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Hotel at the Pacific Monarch Hotel on Kuhio Avenue at the corner of Kaiulani Street in Waikiki.  (that’s a mouthful!)
