“Where do you work?” Where’s your office?” “Are you a real person?”
Where Do I work?
I actually work all around our relatively small island, Oahu, driving to different properties, helping search for real estate for a client. Or I might be checking out a school, gymnasium, class or architect. I work in every price range and in many neighborhoods all over Oahu. I find this is very helpful so I can help all kinds of people and scenarios. When you work long enough, your clients’ life phases transition to the next phase. In other words, what you need today might change tomorrow. I derive much joy seeing someone move out and rent their urban condo then see them have fun in their country cottage. I love to see people benefit from their hard labor and be proud of their time and effort renovating a place.
I often will meet clients near or at their home, office, or the neighborhood we are searching for a home. I can meet you at any of our offices around Oahu: Hawaii Kai, Kailua, Waikele, Ala Moana (corporate office), or mine at Waikiki. If you’re selling a property, I can meet you at your property, home, or office.
If you’d like to buy something on another island, I can quickly arrange to have one of our agents on another island help us find what you’re looking for. We have offices on Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii (The Big Island).
Our Waikiki Office
Our Century 21 All Islands FINE HOMES & ESTATES Waikiki office is located on the second floor of the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa on Kalakaua Avenue in Honolulu. If you are traveling on Kalakaua Avenue towards Diamond Head, you will pass the International Market Place on your left. You will then see the Moana Hotel on your right. And then, immediately to your left, is the Hyatt Regency Waikiki. You will recognize the hotel when you see the large retail space of Urban Outfitters on Kalakaua.
It’s a large hotel with a grand lobby and easy to get distracted by all the boutiques, stores, cafes, or farmers market vendors. An easy way to find us is to take the escalators upstairs from the street level then, look for our sign above the glass doors. Or, if you are waiting in line at the lobby check-in counter on the 2nd floor, if you turn to the right and slightly back and look across the courtyard, you’ll see our office. We are near a Hawaiian retail shop that sells muumuus and bathing suits.
People sometimes want to drop by to see me or drop off documents or items. But please call first as I am often out and about. I’m often driving… So, if you call and I don’t answer, just leave a text and I’ll get back to you.
If you have a specific question that requires research or calculation, it’s best to email me at ronda.day@hawaiimoves.com. This way when I get back to my computer, I can answer you. If you happen to call me when I’m driving and you’re on speaker phone, I could forget as I would be driving and can’t write down the question or information.
Where to Mail:
If you’d like to send me something via mail, please use this address: P.O. Box 88183, Honolulu, HI 96830.
Do you want to see more videos?
You can see from the video: I am a real person. I do write these posts although some are a team effort.
On a side note: Often people ask me, why don’t you post videos? Actually, I’m still warming up to the idea of being in front of the camera. I am amazed at my friend who makes his videos in one take with fluid speech. But, as promised, here’s a video. If you want to see more videos, just let me know!
